Unfortunately, the hours are prohibitive to being useful for customers. I opened an account to use this location but the hours make it impossible. I thought perhaps the downtown location would offset this deficiency, but they are hardly any better.

I’ve been a loyal US Bank customer for over 20 years, since before they were even US Bank! When we moved to the Lawrence area I considered switching to a local bank, but US Bank was convenient with its 4 locations, longer hours, and national presence. Recently they changed their hours to only 9-12pm, and that includes their drive-up service. I know times change but this takes away the convenience factor for me. The banks in Lawrence close anywhere from noon to three. I think one may close at 3:30 on the opposite side of town. The hours posted reflect differently. This makes it very difficult to do business with them when you work a normal day job. Not to mention none of the banks actually answer their phones. Closed Sat too. Lawrence US banks have the most inconvenient and terrible customer service. I am very much aware of the online services, and use them often.
