He remembers us, he makes sure that we are able to get the items we need completed and makes sure that all of our questions are answered. He is friendly, customer service oriented and very knowledgeable. I can't say enough positive things!!!!
Pulled up to drive thru, sent in my items, 2 personal checks to be deposited to same account. 14 minutes later I was acknowledged, but only after I pressed the call teller button. Guy came on and said thanks for your patience, I was beyond patient. He asks what looking to do, I said deposit all into checking. Had previously cashed very old savings bonds at a US Bank in Wisconsin 6 hours away and was told I could cash them at any US Bank. Went to this branch and was told they could not cash the bonds because there was no routing number on them. I explained that I've cashed 3-4 batches of bonds that were older with no problem at the other US Bank. Asked the manager if she could possibly call that Branch but she refused.
