My husband, my son, and I went to this branch to add our son to our bank account. There were three bankers, two of whom were not busy, yet they didn’t assist us. They said they only take appointments, but our work schedules are different and this was our only chance to be together in months. I want to clarify that they did not allow us to come at different times separately. We can't make an appointment because our schedules don’t align due to work. I do not recommend going to this branch."
It is the best bank experience I have ever had. Good service, great staff, perfect location. 🥰
It would be nice if someone would answer the phone.
The only person who helps at this location is Christine. All the other "Teller's" are as lazy as it gets and don't help with anything. US Bank used to be awesome! Now all I see are people who want to make a check without working/helping their customers! Seriously unreal....
