Use any branch but this one. Long lines. Incompetent bankers. Had a banker call me saying my debit card was ready. I go to the bank and nobody could find it. I’ll find another branch to frequent.
This branch provided a terrible experience. I visited because I was dealing with fraud on my account, and they assured me the issue was resolved and that everything should be fine. Trusting their word, I continued having my direct deposit go into the account, which held all the money I needed to pay bills and take care of my two children. Elderly individuals and limited experience clients should come with chaperones with financial experience. The people at this branch will try to hustle you into credit cards, especially if you don’t understand how they work. A lot of US Bank branches in downtown Oakland are closed on the weekends so this branch uses it as an opportunity to sell things to clients who do not usually do their banking there. Be careful!
