Lorena greeted me promptly and immediately processed my coin counting transaction without any fussing (past experiences at other banks are like the ice cream machines at McDees if u know what I mean) Lorena had a friendly and professional attitude throughout the entire visit, and the transaction was smooth and efficient. Her colleagues are friendly as well. Keep up the great work! Kudos to a great team.
Lorena has been helping my father for more than 16 years at this branch. She has taken excellent care of him as both a client and a human being. She takes her time to understand his needs and is exceptionally patient explaining things that are sometimes difficult for him to grasp. Horrible service. They don’t return calls or emails tried in person that was not better. Not sure what else to say. Going to try a different branch and if not better then switching to a different bank! Sick of poor customer service.
