Lorena greeted me promptly and immediately processed my coin counting transaction without any fussing (past experiences at other banks are like the ice cream machines at McDees if u know what I mean) Lorena had a friendly and professional attitude throughout the entire visit, and the transaction was smooth and efficient. Her colleagues are friendly as well. Keep up the great work! Kudos to a great team.
Lorena has been helping my father for more than 16 years at this branch. She has taken excellent care of him as both a client and a human being. She takes her time to understand his needs and is exceptionally patient explaining things that are sometimes difficult for him to grasp.
