Once again another US bank chain that I’m not happy with. Reps don’t have a clue and do not help as much anymore. Always charging for no reason and without notice. Better off at capital one bank. Good thing Elon’s robots are taking over soon.
Another US bank chain that lacks good service. Relatives aren’t happy with them at all and always issues when asking for foreign currency exchange the reps don’t know that or how to order you a new debit card simple things they have no idea. Along with sending unnecessary charges. Avoid this!!!!
