I guess they can just close whenever they want? I came to this location at 5:40ish since I work in the city 9-5 and this is the closest (30 min drive) location open until 6. No one was at the desk and the wonderful price chopper staff let me know that apparently the bank just decided to close early. Extremely frustrating. I suggest calling first to see if they’re even there.
Thomas was helpful. Rui is not. I had 25 times the amount of cash I requested today. Well under a 10 k limit. They told me they don’t know how much cash they had on them but couldn’t give me more than 4000. It was requested from a business account. I have 12 accounts with us bank for over 8 years. Horrible experience and suggest no one to come here unless you have to. Know you will be met with bad customer service, outside of Thomas.
