I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at this US Bank branch today when I attempted to open a student account. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional due to the behavior of the employee who assisted me. I was not impressed with this branch solely upon the window teller's refusal to count. I had to take back my money and my debit card, park, and go inside. My deposit of $21.52 consisted of a roll of coins ($10), a Susan B. Anthony coin, and the majority of the rest being $.50 coins that were not of a quantity to be wrapped. Instead, I had to dump the coins in their machine (which the teller assisted me with (?)) and unwrap the rolled coins to toss in their so the machine could print out a slip telling the cashier how much to... read more
