I have had really terrible service at this branch for the past 6 months to a year or so. It used to be a great branch and easy for me to go there since I'm shopping at Byerly's too. My last 2 experiences, both of the men were very rude, treated me in a very condescending way, no one had a name tag on for the past 5 times I've been there (or even US BANK shirts for that matter..looked like they may not have even worked there!) so I can't get the names of the people. I never got anything done from this branch .. Go over here if you want to use ATM only. Poor customer service and zero guidance . Always heard excuses why they cannot help .
Only been there once and I shall not be going back.
I love US bank wherever I go! The people there are always so nice to me. This one was great also!
