Waseem was incredibly kind and made the entire experience well worth the wait during a busy time.
It's been 5 years now, and this bank ATM still doesn't accept mobile NFC debit cards. You need to have the physical card. This is the only US Bank ATM that doesn't have this feature.
I visited the branch today Saturday to conduct some business and had to wait over 20 minutes, as the manager was the only one running the teller line. Despite the wait, he was incredibly pleasant, greeted me with a smile, and took the time to assist me personally. He even asked how our account was working out and sincerely thanked me for my patience. His professionalism and positive attitude made the experience much better.
