Customer for at least 25 years. Have never found too many great people, but sometimes, yes, here and there, they exist. I visited another branch prior to this one and they refused to help me! At this branch, on a Saturday morning, I was warmly greeted by Jake, then had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Annie, who was a Dream, explaining everything to me in a highly professional manner, calmly and clearly. I will go out of my way to return to this Branch to hopefully be assisted by Jake and Annie in the future.
Always great service from Erin at this bank. She is always so kind and professional. Thankful I can come here and get great service.
I was actually here on Friday, March 3rd, around 2 pm and there was a line of about 6 people with only One Teller working. Rather than play on my phone or give him an Exasperated look, I chose to pass the wait time by talking with the lady behind me. We both had a Great time reminiscing about TV shows we grew up watching and the next thing you know another Teller stepped up to help.
