Why am i using this bank there rude they put you on hold they never come or they hang up u.s bank must be proud
In a city far away from my hometown yet, need to make an international wire transfer. Went in, stood in line, and Pam approached me, asked me what I'm here for. She told me she can help me at her desk. She was fantastic! International info were long digit and she double, triple check to make sure each letter, number are correct. Give Pam 5 stars!!
My client banks with US bank. And Everytime I go into cash a check for them (there 93 years old) they charge me $7.00 to cash them each time. And they have an account with you why is that!? For two years, every two weeks. This is why personally I do not bank with US Bank.
Been good to me for over 15 years now
