I always receive great customer service here! I have been banking with US Bank for many years, and the Bonney Lake branch takes care of all my needs.
After waiting over 10 minutes in the drive-thru with no one even turning around to greet me the person waiting behind me pulled around and went into the lobby and was helped before me, I cannot believe the lack of customer service. I have now been in the lobby for almost 5 minutes and I still have not been acknowledged.
