Well I love the bank. Highly recommend. But the lady who opened my account, Nevaeh Williams, she got my last name wrong. So it is literally taking weeks to get my debit card. I had to go through so much hassle to get my debit card and to get my name fixed. Please make sure next time you get the spelling of the customers name correctly. They had put a hold on my account because of my last name being spelt completely wrong and they had to issue me a new card after mailing me a card with my name wrong on it. US Bank customer service is embarassing and attrocious. I spent over an hour and was transferred 5 separate times, twice to the same department. They simply cannot put anyone on the phone that can answer a question about their own policies. Very disappointing. If you do business with this company, you will get zero customer service.

All I said is smile AND received an ugly attitude, I mean she was frowning and UR suppose to be greeting people at the front door and advertising US bank, and as I'm looking for flowers a white older woman walked in and the greeter from us bank was all nice to her, I asked to talked to the manager,& the manager said I was wrong for saying that !
