All I said is smile AND received an ugly attitude, I mean she was frowning and UR suppose to be greeting people at the front door and advertising US bank, and as I'm looking for flowers a white older woman walked in and the greeter from us bank was all nice to her, I asked to talked to the manager,& the manager said I was wrong for saying that ! Terrible service waiting online 45 minutes in Saturday horr Bye nobody greeted.Bella Gonzales no eye contact 7 people in line waiting no smile no welcome nothing . This bank sucks big time . Bring the Bible to read you can learn a lot of chapters order a venti chamomile hot tea and expect to spend your Saturday here with this lovely unfriendly cashiers
