The atm wasn’t working and the drive thru teller was visiting inside with another customer and totally ignoring anyone in the drive thru lane. Being the only one in the drive thru lane I left after 10 mins!
I find the staff at the North Liberty US Bank Branch to be very easy to relate to. They are knowledgeable and answer questions in a way that is easy to understand. Their friendly demeanor makes them easy to be with.
Always a friendly staff at the North Liberty branch. Bridgette is exceptional! She is always very friendly and she is Johnny on the spot. Very helpful with whatever need or situation that you might have. The minute you walk in the door she has a cheerful smile and greeting for you! You can't ask for any more.
The staff at this branch are very personable, respectful and knowledgeable. Have an issue, i.e., with a credit card, they are there for the client so the issue can be resolved. Have a question about setting up Zelle, they can assist. Michelle G and Bridgette G have been great to work with.
All the bankers I've dealt with at this branch (3-4 on premise and a couple by phone), have been super courteous and helpful. Michelle G in particular has always remembered us and been great to work with. Keep up the great service guys and gals!
