Went to use my card and it got declined. We waited hours on the phone and several transfers to be told that they were closing our account this upcoming Monday and “didn’t have to tell us why” and that we had to wait for them to mail us a check with our balance. We’ve never bounced a check because we don’t use checks. Because of this I am unable to get gas, or milk and diapers for our son. No bank should be allowed to freeze OUR money without warning and keep us over a week at least until we get our balance on a check. We hav... read more
