The gal who helped me actually resolved my issue by taking my number, researching and calling me back. That was something I could not get accomplished by calling in… she was super helpful!
No customer service. Worst banking experience.....lol and banks are usually the nicest upbeat friendly staff...well they are at Gate City, Bell, and Alerus
