Us bank has been by far my favorite place to bank at and the employees are super nice, friendly, and helpful. Lily has also been extremely helpful when getting a loan. She was always ontop of everything and called me with updates and made everything go smoothly. If you need any loans or open any accounts go see her!!! US Bank could also really use an actual building!!!
I had an amazing experience thanks to Nancy. She was incredibly kind, patient, and always maintained a positive attitude. She went above and beyond to help me, making sure I understood everything and even following up with a phone call to check if I was able to log in without any issues. Her dedication and customer service truly stood out. I’m very grateful for her support.
