Recently sold our car and the dealership issued us a check that we weren’t sure we would be able to cash all at once. We called this branch ahead of time to verify if they could accommodate the request and were told by a friendly gal that confirmed yes, they could cash it and told us what to bring to do it. We get to the branch, a man took over and told us we had to go to our own bank to try to negotiate the check or they could get us the money in a week which is not bad but overall got the impression that he did not want to... read more
Horrible customer service, take your money elsewhere. How are you going to issue a temporary debit card & let me leave without setting a pin?!
Very professional, efficient and friendly staff. If I lived in Novato and was able to come to this location often I would be that much happier.
