It's chase
Customer service is horrible. Very defensive and not willing to help or even look at the account to see what they can do. My payroll check was put on hold for 5days.... And didn't even bother to tell me. I'm in extreme hard ship because there banker fail to tell me when opening my account. They claim it's on their disclosure... The teller Ariana magana professionalism is by far the worst I’ve ever seen at a bank. Her general attitude and the the way she talked to me was cold and unfriendly even though I have multiple accounts at this bank (I'm rethinking that). She had no name tag and was refusing to give me her information, how am I as a costumer suppose to feel that money is secure when the employee refuses to provide me with her basic information.
