Horrible experience. Avoid this branch. It literally took 45 minutes for them to help one guy and only one window open,meanwhile the line just keeps getting bigger and bigger. And I can see another employee she's literally sitting in her office playing with her nails. And then another employee finally comes out long after the line started moving. We don't need you now we needed you 45 min ago. This place is a joke.
I had a wonderful experience at the U.S. Bank branch on Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas. The entire team is friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I deposited my check and teller said funds will be available the next day this was a Thursday come Saturday money still not there going to bank and they rell me my check is on hold for 7 days this is bullishit I work for a company that makes millions of bucks a week and this damn bank can't cash my check. They attempted to call their fraud office but of course with it being Saturday company is open to verify funds.
