I was seventh in the line at 10:05am. Although it took a while to get to the window, when I did I was greeted by a very pleasant cashier named Jocelyn. She helped me with my transaction and always smiled. Gave me some good tips about my transaction. Some of the best customer service I have experienced in a while.cudos to Jocelyn.
Today I inadvertently left my debit card at the US bank ATM inside the Smiths. The manager on duty was so unbelievably unprofessional. Not to mention he was training at the time. I have been looking for a bank close to me as I am a senior citizen and walk. It won't be US Bank that's for damn sure. How rude the manager was to tell me they shred them when he had it in the drawer the whole time. Wow....just wow. US Bank ..is he the best you have to offer in terms of managers?? AND he was training!????!!!!
