I had a wonderful experience at the U.S. Bank branch on Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas. The entire team is friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I deposited my check and teller said funds will be available the next day this was a Thursday come Saturday money still not there going to bank and they rell me my check is on hold for 7 days this is bullishit I work for a company that makes millions of bucks a week and this damn bank can't cash my check. They attempted to call their fraud office but of course with it being Saturday company is open to verify funds. Long lines and the managers and assistant managers don’t open new lines or help customers. They’re off doing their own thing on a laptop at the front desk and still refusing to help customers in line. Avoid us bank
U S bank has a great Rewards program that actually pays off. Every year I have to get papers notarized and the men here have notarized papers for mE here at no charge. I will stick with this location as I'm Loyal and I like to think mY bank is Loyal in return Keep the Faith☺️
