I have never had a problem with this bank. The tellers here are fast, friendly and can help you with all of your account's needs in my experience.
Horrible horrible horrible customer service. The manger is rude and clearly has a chip on her shoulder. She definitely doesn't need to be a manager much less in customer service. And then today we got a call from another branch informing us that we need to do our banking at another branch because that branch doesn't want to service us. The gentleman that tried to helped me was awesome but his manager told him that he couldn't help me with what I needed because they were closing soon and the line was long eventhough I got to the branch a hour before they closed and waited in line like everyone else I felt that wasn't fair at all it was my turn and I should have been helped so I won't be returning to this branch
