No outside ATM?
They took out the ATM outside now I have to drive to Concord to go to the ATM completely ridiculous now I have to find a local bank I can access my ATM 24/7
After dealing with an ATM that had extremely slow software for years, they finally upgraded the machine and moved it inside. Great, if you only need cash during banking hours. Don't bother stopping here to get cash on the weekends.
Definitely closing my accounts here the incompetence is unreal. I was a UBOC customer and they closed and I got stuck with this bank. All good up until this past year It’s just one thing after the another but after my recent phone calls to Concord branch and then you guys block a very important electronic payment for absolutely no reason. I can’t bank here any longer
