The customer representative makes sure you are comfortable using their digital online program for all your banking. They can remotely help you when needed. Customer service is fine as far as efficiency goes, but I always get the same girl who has such a sour face on and is very abrupt.
So I got a new driver's license and they clip your old one I forgot my piece of paper at home doesn't expire till tomorrow I want everybody to know US Bank does not recognize a military veterans ID they do not hand them out to everyone with a picture as proof of a ID and then the three ladies behind the counter were laughing because of course I left upset they got a one star today because I cannot go any lower
The new manager Lacey is amazing! She is so kind and helpful! Travis is very helpful also. I'm very grateful for both of they're support and great professional help. Thank you both so much for your customer service. The manager Dan is great! Thanks for your excellent service and professionalism.
