Tried to expedite a foreign currency transaction. Paid the extra $15 to have it ready by noon the next day. The money was not ready until over 24hrs past the deadline. Called and asked for a refund of the $15 fee was told we cant do that, the transaction is final and to "figure it out" and "read the fine print", which turned out to be complete lie. Had several instances where I was definitely not the priority but the bottom line was for the bank.
Always helped quickly with the friendliest people at this location.
Aways greeted with a friendly smile, very competent and helpful . My favorite bank started my path to better things. Greatful for a wonderful staff.
