Fast and friendly people
Tried to expedite a foreign currency transaction. Paid the extra $15 to have it ready by noon the next day. The money was not ready until over 24hrs past the deadline. Called and asked for a refund of the $15 fee was told we cant do that, the transaction is final and to "figure it out" and "read the fine print", which turned out to be complete lie. Called US bank corporate and was told that absolutely is not the case and the branch should refund the money immediately. Contacted the branch again was told the "manager" was on ... read more
