My experience with the bank manager (Mike) was extremely negative. The employee showed disrespect towards me and was rude, despite the fact that I am older than him. When I asked him for his full name, he responded by telling me to get out of the office. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and undermines trust in the bank.
I've been banking with US Bank for 25 years. The Landen location has the worst attitudes that I have ever encountered. And they don't know their own business. Ashley gave me wrong information, and with an attitude, for over a year, in response as to whether I can add my mother as pod and POA on my accounts. I went to the Mason branch and Teresa was very pleasant and helpful in getting this done for me.
