My experience with the bank manager (Mike) was extremely negative. The employee showed disrespect towards me and was rude, despite the fact that I am older than him. When I asked him for his full name, he responded by telling me to get out of the office. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and undermines trust in the bank.
I've been banking with US Bank for 25 years. The Landen location has the worst attitudes that I have ever encountered. And they don't know their own business. Ashley gave me wrong information, and with an attitude, for over a year, in response as to whether I can add my mother as pod and POA on my accounts. I stopped in while I was in the area on lunch to get some rolls of quarters for a few bills, and the staff was busy managing a few people ahead of me with half the power out. I was at the tail end of my lunch and had to head out, but when I cam back about 4 hours later after my shift, the man there who I think was the manager (I sadly didn't get his name) remembered why I was there and got another employee to help me right away.
