Closed meijer location. Don't answer the phone. Limited hours for working class. Who is in charge of this location? Maybe that should be the change. Been with usbank for a couple of decades. I guess I'm going to have to reconsider my choices every year for banks like I do with insurance.
Easy transaction inside. Staff are friendly and helpful.
If it wasn’t for one of the staff members this morning I would have had a mental breakdown. I was depositing cash through the ATM and it just completely shut down! It was my rent money. It was thirty minutes before the bank actually opened and I had my two year old with me. Who currently is in full force terrible twos. I didn’t think to get her name because I was so upset. Ive used this location for years and loved it! In the past year or so, it has drastically changed. Now, you cant make a deposit in atm. The lady at the drive thru made me wait while she played on her phone. Most all of the desk people have made mistakes or didnt know how to help me on my account. Its the only west side location now, since the branch was taken out of Meijer. We desperately need a dependable branch.
