I have been regularly visiting this branch for a few months now. Every time I’ve stopped in, the staff has been friendly and helpful. My first visit was to ask for help with a special transfer of funds that I couldn’t figure out. They very kindly, patiently and professionally heard my situation and helped me resolve it. When I walked in the teller Matt f. Said that they would not do business with me I asked him why he said because he has a personal problem with me and asked me for my personal information so he could sabotage my account I refused and went to leave and he started to argue with my girlfriend about how gay he is as he is yelling at my girlfriend he stands up out of his chair to yell and cry's for the Butler county sheriff's department to come save him i just went to another branch like normal they were nice and helpful and didn... read more
Us bank please recognize an A+ employee! Megan Matthias ballfield im not sure that is the correct spelling of her name but she was working at us bank liberty township12/27/24 2 employees one working cards and she managed at least 13 customers with a smile with in 15 minutes!!!! If I could have tipped a banker that would have been one that was compassionated gracefully. Thank you
