Us bank please recognize an A+ employee! Megan Matthias ballfield im not sure that is the correct spelling of her name but she was working at us bank liberty township12/27/24 2 employees one working cards and she managed at least 13 customers with a smile with in 15 minutes!!!! If I could have tipped a banker that would have been one that was compassionated gracefully. Thank you

They closed 4: 25 pm while out side says open til says 5 pm. This is happened to me several time. Now they open til 5 pm. Thank you for your consideration.
If I could give 0/5 service I most definitely would. I am awaiting my driver’s license so I have a paper (interim) driver’s license in the meantime. I was refused access to my money because they said the interim drivers license expired in 30 days. Nowhere on the interim driver’s license paper does it read it’s invalid after 30 days. I was denied and unable to access my money because of the color of my skin. Period. Needless to say I will move my money elsewhere and go higher in the complaint process.
