This place is so disappointing they don't care customer try to avoid as much as possible.
Went in to redeem a bond today and the teller was extremely rude and confrontational. I offered my card to look up the account and she said I need to look it up in a different system. Then she asked me to fill out the bond which I did and she said she needed my social security number. I pointed out that it was on the front of the bond and she got heated with me saying do you want me to process the bond or not? I have been regularly visiting this branch for a few months now. Every time I’ve stopped in, the staff has been friendly and helpful. My first visit was to ask for help with a special transfer of funds that I couldn’t figure out. They very kindly, patiently and professionally heard my situation and helped me resolve it.
