I've been with US Bank forever ever since I moved to Arkansas back in 2003 and I've always used the Alma branch. Just recently I heard from a friend that the alma Branch will be closing. I hope this doesn't happen because it's the closest Branch to me and very convenient. Please let me know if y'all are closing or the closest ATM I can use without being charged. Mrs. Sarah is a knowledgeable banker, very positive and optimistic attitude, most importantly she's honest and detailed about the services her company provides. I will continue to bank with U.S. Bank and look forward to future banking endeavors. I'm a small town guy whose dealt with smaller local banks in the past and now would highly recommend stopping into the US Bank Alma branch!!
I've been a customer at this bank for almost 10 years Make the repetitive deposit every week like I always do. Except this week they hold that sucker for 7 days while I'm on vacation. Overdrafting all my bills can't get a hold of anybody on the phone. It's like talking to an ATM machine. Just warning all you people out there This is not a person to person bank. The teller won't be able to push the button for you so don't expect much. #terrible service
