They were pushy with offering you a credit card I told him 4 times I didn't want one.
If they have time to give you the run around, they will. Thier customer service is not courteous, not helpful and troublesome. I was a customer for 4 + years until i came to this location had bad service and closed my account that day. I prefer credit unions anyway.
