I should be able to walk into MY bank and ask for empty rolls like I do every few months. You’re old enough to know customer service, you get paid to help those who bank with you and your remarks were not needed. And for you to tell me to Go to the Dollar store to buy some is rude and uncalled for. Shut up and do your job.
The teller at this branch told me I could not take money out of my account since it was from a wire transfer though my “available balance” online was over $9,000. Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Had to drive to another branch, where no questions asked, withdraw cash. I don’t know what this guys problem was but I should have asked for the manager. Believe me I am now, filing a complaint and leave the appropriate review.
Ok I usually don’t give any business 1 star but I’m going to go into detail why this branch and this company will never receive a penny from me or any person in my family. So I decided to come to this branch to deposit $100.00 (little but savings for my newborn baby) I started the account with a rep who questioned me like she was the police about why I was opening the account. Have had nothing but problems ever since checking account was opened... Recently i opened a cc with them since they would send me offers daily. Calling in takes 35 to 1 hour wait time for any kind of help. Csr's don't even want to help because they claim it is a different department however it is still US Bank!!. Never sent statements to my address however froze my account for $15 non payment on a bill i never saw, i have 2 months with card... Made payment monday.
