No tellers make u wait over an hour for basic service like deposits or withdrawals. THEY DO US WRONG!!!!!! ALOT OF ELDERLY PEOPLE JUST SITTING AROUND WAITING TO BE HELPED ITS OUTRIGHT RIDICULOUS!!!!!BIG AS THAT BANK IS NOT 1 TELLER THERE TO ASSIT

I wish I could give this bank 0 stars after I was REFUSED a withdrawal from the agent Tracy. I had my Drivers license, credit card and US Passport, but was REFUSED a withdrawal from Tracy because I did not have my debit card from the account. She was rude and unwilling to help or call a manager when I requested. I had to leave this bank and go to a different US bank location in order to SUCCESSFULLY complete my withdrawal with no issues.
