I wish I could give this bank 0 stars after I was REFUSED a withdrawal from the agent Tracy. I had my Drivers license, credit card and US Passport, but was REFUSED a withdrawal from Tracy because I did not have my debit card from the account. She was rude and unwilling to help or call a manager when I requested. I had to leave this bank and go to a different US bank location in order to SUCCESSFULLY complete my withdrawal with no issues. I will NOT ever be returning to this location. A wastes of time and no assistance was pr... read more
Customer Service is horrible!!! They don't acknowledge you standing in line or anything. Security is lazy, I'm the only one in line and literally no employee on sight. Then someone walks right pass me and days nothing.
