I wish I could give this bank 0 stars after I was REFUSED a withdrawal from the agent Tracy. I had my Drivers license, credit card and US Passport, but was REFUSED a withdrawal from Tracy because I did not have my debit card from the account. She was rude and unwilling to help or call a manager when I requested. I had to leave this bank and go to a different US bank location in order to SUCCESSFULLY complete my withdrawal with no issues.
