I am tired of coming to this place with only 1 teller. No one steps in to help. They have this big place with no tellers.
The branch manager Tiffany Crawford when the extra mile to assist me with my banking needs. I love this branch and her customer service. She listens and is very knowledgable about the products USB has to offer.
I needed to go into a branch for a cash transaction that could not be done via ATM. This branch is the one closest to me. There is plenty of parking and the bank is well maintained. What made the difference for me was my teller. Polite, respectful, helpful, and very professional! Worst Bank Ever! The ATM broke in the middle of me depositing hundreds of dollars into it and then the teller would not help me and told me I had to call customer service. I waited by the atm calling customer service for almost 30 minutes. I finally went into the branch to tell them they had to call because no one is picking up.
