Came to this location in albertsons to just add my girlfriend onto one of my accounts. They said the process takes about 15 minutes and they close in 10. Said sorry, in a rather snotty way and come back tomorrow. Just bad customer service and made me feel unvalued.
I like how this location is open on Saturday! However, they recieved 4 not 5 stars because their customer service could use work. I never feel conpletely valued as a customer and patron of US bank. I feel rushed and like I am disposable, like they wouldnt go out of their way to help me...
