Have had incredibly HORRIBLE customer service from this Federal Way branch. Dealing with a fraud situation where my account was compromised online. I did my due dilligence, had them freeze my accounts and was told to go in to open a new one and they could release and transfer my funds to the new account. I stopped at a branch that was on my way home from work so i could make it in before close (in Burien).
