What a Joke of a Branch. First their ATM ate my deposit so I had to wait 15 days to have them investigate and clear the deposit. Now I went in for a deposit and the cashier gave me a different card back and now they lost my card so I they had to issue a new one. Save your time and go to a different branch.
Bank opens two hours late.
Excellent workers there! Everyone is super helpful and gets things done very quickly.
ATM machine ate my card at 6am. Later I called. Young man working was rude when I asked him to go see if my card was there (it was). He says it's working fine now and didn't want to report the machine out of order. Basically, he could care less and it showed. This same machine had an out of order sign last month when I stopped for cash, BTW. Stay away! This branch will not even be sorry that you are inconvenienced. I'll never use this ATM or branch again.
Great experience. Charles was very helpful and did not mind walking me thru the steps of making an account and starting up the app on my phone. Very plesant, quick, easy, and painless. I will definitly return to this location for my future banking needs.
