This has got to be the worst bank ever. I have been trying to get them to change my address for 18 months and my statements are still being mailed to the old address. They credited 6 months of deposits to the wrong account causing my checks to bounce when the money in the account ran out. I didn't find out because I wasn't getting statements. Then when I showed them their mistake they said they would go back to the bounced checks and fix it. They didn't.
