Worst customer service ever! Bank charges loyal customers for things that they should be giving complimentary : money orders, bank statements, etc. Got charge 12 dollars for 2 bank statements copies, which should be complimentary for a loyal customer, and 5 dollars for every money order, which you can get it from convenient stores cheaper. Minus the fact that they charges .25 cents for every debit transaction. Oh what a service, huh?
This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved. I have been loyal customer for few years within five days they hit me with over 1200.00 in bank fees. They prey on there customers to make hundreds of millions of dollars a year in bank fees. I am fighting them to close out my account now but am falling on def ears. Avoid this bank at all cost !!!!!
