Every time I visit this location I get ignored for a minimum of 15-20 minutes. This is the 3rd time I’ve taken my things and left. They don’t even acknowledge your presence. This is easily the worst location but unfortunately the most convenient location for me after work. DO NOT SUGGEST I DO IT ONLINE—that’s not the answer sir. 10/10 do not recommend. Terrible customer service.
Slowest bank ever. I sent my stuff through the drive thru and then sat there for 10 minutes and no one ever came to the window. I had to hit the call button several times, someone finally came by to process my stuff and I sat there for another 10 minutes. I get a half hour lunch and you all just took two thirds of it.
Imagine a Bank that closes the front door in your face because are 4:00pm already. Terrible customer service
