We just moved here to Mason a year ago. Wells Fargo moved ALL of their locations out of this area/State. So now we are going to move our business accounts also. I had fraud last Friday and dealt with the online Fraud division over the weekend. Then came in and Helen helped me get a new account/card/everything. I have also dealt with Rob and he is nice also. Then now we are dealing with Lacey to open new accounts and she is sharp and helpful also. I am the first one to say we get HORRIBLE service, but I am also the first one ... read more
Wow. One teller. Branch manager wouldn’t lift her eyes to see the long time we waited. Good Service is gone.
Every time I visit this location I get ignored for a minimum of 15-20 minutes. This is the 3rd time I’ve taken my things and left. They don’t even acknowledge your presence. This is easily the worst location but unfortunately the most convenient location for me after work. DO NOT SUGGEST I DO IT ONLINE—that’s not the answer sir. 10/10 do not recommend. Terrible customer service.
