I am disappointed that I even have to write this review because I love U.S. bank as a company. The problems with this branch are so egregious that I am impelled to proceed. A teller, Ben Chun issued a cashier's check and a "corrected" check. He never told me about a "corrected" check or I'd have had an idea what was possibly happening later on. He gave me the first check, which their system auto-voided for obvious reasons. The "corrected" check was apparently sitting in the printer and later shredded. When I provided the cas... read more

This is hands down the most incompetent location I’ve ever dealt with. The employees here will do anything except their actual job. I came in yesterday needing help with a check. One employee was literally sitting back, didn’t even bother to stand up or approach the window, and told me he “couldn’t help” and to come back when the manager was there. No attempt to assist. No explanation. Just dismissal. I returned the next day, and another employee (not sure her name but she’s always with an attitude) was just as unhelpful. Sh... read more

This branch is significantly different from the others. We had a hold on our acct requiring us to update an address. We did that, and followed up the next week. The hold was still in place but they needed a different form this time. This branch of US Bank was absolutely worthless. The customer service rep's favorite word is No. I can not do anything. Ben the Manager was absolutely magnificent, he helped me with a complex issue, and was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, respectful and courteous.
