After working on the same issue for 3 months, with 5 different people, was told to go into branch and they provided no more help than the other staff on the phone had and my problem is still not resolved. Am ready to cancel my accts through US Bank. Terrible customer service.
It’s a good bank
I deposited a check in the atm and they told me it puts an auto hold on the check longer than if I came into the bank. Jessica told me she would have a branch manager call me back and she never did so I called again got Jessica and she still wouldn't connect me with the manager. This bank is not good period.
