I’m a U.S. bank customer and account holder and I came in because I needed help regarding a notary but the African employee by the name of Hawa Magassouba said she could help. Thank You U.S. Bank for nothing, I will soon change my bank.
The hours for talking to bank staff are common bank hours. The access to the ATM is limited to the Safeway store hours. So it is not 24 hour ATM access because the Safeway store is not open 24 hours. You must get inside the Safeway to get to the ATM. Thank you.
I came in to this Bank located inside Safeway Des Moines on 06/14/25. The Banker name ANA assume that me and my son are Spanish and assume/talk to me and my son in Spanish and Not even try to help us and instead telling us to see the appointment schedule first and need to help the one with appointment first and she start conversation with her co-worker and ask something else and Ignored me and my son and transfer us to her co-worker name VII STAPNES she did a good job helping us and very good customer service Not like ANA ba... read more
