Worst shopping center in Concord. Unsafe, horrible area, my bike was stolen from the parking lot. No cameras, poor lighting, filthy area.
I requested a line of credit from U.S. Bank, and Irene Davis Blair assisted me. She was very easy to work with and made the process very smooth. Moreover, signing the paperwork at the branch was a great experience. She greeted my wife and me as soon as we walked into the bank and offered us water or coffee. Overall, this has been the best banking experience for me, and I am looking forward to expanding my business dealings with US Bank. So, thank you very much, Irene. You are the best.
I truly love this branch and the representatives who have been there for years. Recently, Fernan Cordero, went out of his way to assist me with a challenge I was facing. In hearing him speak over the phone to corporate, while trying to iron out my situation, he repeatedly used the phrase, "so that we can assist our client."
