Great customer service.
This US Bank Location Refused to Deposit my husband’s paycheck even though he has a US Bank account he had to go over to Wells Fargo where they were nice enough to cash his Paycheck for him.
I called US Bank today and spoke to Maria about a financial matter. Live voice immediately. Maria told me to come in and and ask for the branch manager which I did and no appointment needed. Fernan went above and beyond for me to get me the funds I inherited from my mom CDs and also helped me fax my claim for my mom’s life insurance policy. Fernan allowed me to get my dogs and bring them into the bank while we concluded all my business. Horrible experience with this location. Rude and unfriendly staffs. How can you get customers if they never smile??? Will go to different location next time.
