I requested a line of credit from U.S. Bank, and Irene Davis Blair assisted me. She was very easy to work with and made the process very smooth. Moreover, signing the paperwork at the branch was a great experience. She greeted my wife and me as soon as we walked into the bank and offered us water or coffee. Overall, this has been the best banking experience for me, and I am looking forward to expanding my business dealings with US Bank. So, thank you very much, Irene. You are the best.
I truly love this branch and the representatives who have been there for years. Recently, Fernan Cordero, went out of his way to assist me with a challenge I was facing. In hearing him speak over the phone to corporate, while trying to iron out my situation, he repeatedly used the phrase, "so that we can assist our client." This US Bank Location Refused to Deposit my husband’s paycheck even though he has a US Bank account he had to go over to Wells Fargo where they were nice enough to cash his Paycheck for him.
I called US Bank today and spoke to Maria about a financial matter. Live voice immediately. Maria told me to come in and and ask for the branch manager which I did and no appointment needed. Fernan went above and beyond for me to get me the funds I inherited from my mom CDs and also helped me fax my claim for my mom’s life insurance policy. Fernan allowed me to get my dogs and bring them into the bank while we concluded all my business.
