Alexis Combs is the most condescending person I have dealt with in the 10 years I’ve banked with us bank. There’s one way to talk to the people who actually are there as customers and there’s people that you talk to at your house or perhaps your husband or your mother like that but not the customer is coming into your bank and she’s Very nasty and so rude. Every ATM I've used the last several years have all been tap. This one isn't, so be careful you don't forget your card in it like I did and have someone steal it. The only reason I even went to this one is because they shut down most the other US banks close to me and I was going to be in the area. Upset they conditioned us to use tap only for this ATM to be stuck in the past. What's even crazier is some ATMs will just pull your card in and then the bank let's you know they have it. Not this one.
Very friendly staff and quick to get us in and out.
Have never had a bad experience.
