Jonathan is exceptional however with Covid the bank is exceptionally slow only allowed to have one other teller I’ve waited longer than 10 minutes in line when I was the only person I’ve waited that long and longer when there were several people behind me almost as long There is a guy that will often sit in the office at the desk and never come out to help that seems odd. Update to the original post nothing has improved with the quality of how slow they are it is exceptionally bad My advice go to the one at 176th and Canyon

US Bank generally speaking is all right. I have had bad experiences and good. But, this branch is amazing. I actually will not deposit my checks at any other locations. I go to Albertsons!!! Its funny I go to Albertsons because the storefront US Bank locations that have the big drive thrus and all the bells and whistles usually are slow, pretentious, and disinterested in speed or convenience.
