I just opened the business in December 2025 and opened the business checking right after. They said when I opened the account I qualified for a free card reader and I should get it in about 4 weeks. May 2025, lowering rating. Went in twice, and once through drive through. They seem to have lost or transferred the prior excellent staff. Now, between the identity interrogation because the help doesn't know the customer base, service has taken a hit. This crew doesn't seem to know how to get folks in and out. Made the mistake going into lobby two hours after opening after labor day. Six customer waiting to be service. Walked out the door. It was nice while it lasted.
