May 2025, lowering rating. Went in twice, and once through drive through. They seem to have lost or transferred the prior excellent staff. Now, between the identity interrogation because the help doesn't know the customer base, service has taken a hit. This crew doesn't seem to know how to get folks in and out. Made the mistake going into lobby two hours after opening after labor day. Six customer waiting to be service. Walked out the door. It was nice while it lasted. If I can get 0 stars I would. Went to cash a check. The teller did not inform me of the price till after she scanned the check. I let her know I'll try somewhere else. Tried but could not cash do to the bank already placing their mark. Came back to bank just to get a business card. Tellers would not acknowledge me. They called the police because I was knocking on the door. The police told me I was trespass from the property. This is the 2nd time I received horrible service from them. Never again.
Went in for some money problems with the car, and I was helped by Thomas sanders. He was truly a phenomenal banker after a week's worth of run around thank you so much man
