i’ve banked with U.S. Bank for 8 years now. never once have I had an issue going in and clearing something up or any matters at all. I had Brad M to assist me with an issue at this branch, for an issue that ended up falling on my employer sending a Zelle payment via phone instead of email and causing some confusion. I was very dismissed, and felt a lot of passive aggressiveness towards only asking for help.
