I drove off route to the nearest branch, which was theirs, waited in line over 15 minutes, and when asked, I told an associate what kind of help I needed, and was informed someone would helo when they could. When I was my turn, a different associate declined to help me, and I believe it was because my request required her to do more than she wanted, and would have caused more delay to constant growing line behind me. I wanted to give kudos to all the workers at this location, especially going into 2026! They take time and care about you. Please give kudos to Dylan, Chase, Megan, Padmaje, and one other lady(apologize can't remember her name)Tiffany runs this branch amazingly. Only thing, give them TCR machines US Bank! It will make the workflow a lot better, quicker transactions and they can focus more on the banker duties. vs handling money duties
I waited 25 minutes to withdraw money inside the bank. There was someone ahead of me who waited 35 minutes. There were three people working there, and all three were doing long transactions (opening business accounts, opening CD’s, loans, etc.). They did not pause any of those large transactions to help anyone standing in the bank or waiting at the drive through. The line inside went to the door, and at least 6 people left.
