This agency needs more proactive and efficient people. I have been a client for 14 uninterrupted years and this agency is getting worse every day. They are very slow with the processes and unfriendly. The truth is, do something because you will lose clients, including me. one star because there is no option to not place

I have been a US Bank customer for about 30 years. I recently started a business and went inside the bank to get help with a business account. Andrew Cullen was helpful, friendly, and supportive. He made the process easy. Then I went in yesterday to get some more help on that business account. Went to this location to get help with a fraudulent charge on my account and was pretty much told to kick rocks because they needed to help the line of people behind me. Mind you I just waited in line for 10+ minutes prior to being told they didn't have time for me. Unless you're making a deposit or withdrawal, don't go here for anything else since they don't care to help
