I’ve been coming to this location for over 8 years and recently i had received the WORST customer service I’ve ever received from any branch to make matters worse the terrible customer service came from the branch manager! I went to the bank as i normally do to deposit my cash and the branch manager was beyond rude with me to the point where she decided to argue with me through the window in the drive thru. This was previously a helpful, efficient branch when Mary and Walter were here. I don't know where they went or why, but since they've been gone service has gone down the drain. The lobby is perpetually closed, the drive-thru lines are long and slow. You can't get through the line to handle your business in less than 30 mins.
Joy was awesome at this location!! I was just opening my first account so I can’t attest to the rest of the bank, but she spent extra time from her usual duties to help me open my account and deposit my check- when they easily could have told me I had to come back another day! I really appreciate the extra effort Joy.:)
