Being a US bank customer for a couple of years I’ve had so so customer service experience from my home branch to the smallest branches located inside Ralph’s and stator bros. I can actually say the experience hasn’t been no better then going to an arco gas station. We that being said my Newphew just relocated and is looking to open a new account with a new bank.
