Us bank refuses to accept responsibility for their easily identifiable mistakes and once you infirm them of the mistakes customer service refuses to spologize or correct it and hangs up on you. Their employees are rude and deceptive.

If you were wondering which US Bank branch in Louisville has the rudest, most incompetent and unhelpful staff, you found it! Especially the little bald dude, he acts like he’s doing you a favor for even the simplest request. His manager just sat there and made a weird face while he gave me terrible service. Maybe it’s because they’re in a grocery store, they think they can be terrible and no one will notice, but they’re wrong.
