The teller who helped me, I believe his name is Solomon, is so helpful and in touch with the needs of the customers. I recently visited this U.S. Bank branch in Murrieta to pay off my credit card balance using a check from my home equity loan. The check amount exceeded my current balance, and I was informed by the bank representative that they could not process the check due to the discrepancy: They stated that the amount must match the exact balance owed.
